Compensation: $60,000+ (promising earning potential) Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Participate in weekly training sessions (in person initially and virtual) • Regular check-ins to assess progress and ensure individual and team responsibilities are met • Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities, maintaining integrity and professionalism • Provide post-sale support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals • Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and deals in various stages, ensuring a consistent and organized approach to sales activities (grow the pipeline) • Educate clients on the buying or selling process, market conditions, and legal considerations to empower them to make informed decisions • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and guide them through the buying or selling process • Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients, including price, financing, and closing details etc. • Coordinate and conduct property showings for potential buyers, highlighting key features and addressing inquiries Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Past sales experience is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Great communication and social skills • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Project confidence in your abilities, which instills trust in clients and helps you effectively represent their interests • Ability to identify issues and challenges during transactions and find creative and effective solutions to address them • Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system. Regularly clean and maintain the database to ensure data accuracy and relevance Compensation: $60,000+
