Real Estate Listing Coordinator
We are looking for an organized, full-time listing coordinator to join our real estate sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing the MLS listings and online postings. This is an in-office position in Spring Hill, FL. In addition, you’ll coordinate marketing activities for houses and keep track of the sales process all the way through to closing along with our closing coordinator. Responsibilities: The overall role of the Listing Manager is to provide the highest level of support for agents, Listing Specialists, and property owners while facilitating the transaction from listing to close. Support specifically includes the following: • Providing fiduciary service to all sellers from listing contract to when a property goes under contract with the buyer. Will be responsible for transitioning documents and files to Transaction Coordinator with no interruption of service to seller ensuring seamless transition of process. • Producing and creating listing marketing materials both in print and online as well as scheduling any and all promotional opportunities for marketing listings. • Communicating with sellers regularly and consistently to include weekly feedback on any showings or inquiries as well as offering customized progress reports on each listing. • Updating Listing Specialist and Team Leader on all listing contracts at least once a week (but more often if needed) as well as advising when negotiations or problem resolutions require input. • Coordinating any and all relative support in order to proactively market and sell listings for Listing Specialist including but not limited to: scheduling staging, repairs, and/or any required home improvements as needed to show the property. Specific tasks include • Prioritize daily work focusing primarily on sellers • Write copy and place ads as needed • Assist Listing Specialist with all marketing functions • Proof all ads prior to going to print • Prepare all listing packages • Maintain updated and current seller list and addresses • Maintain schedule for Listing Specialist • Arrange for signs and/or lockbox, brochure box, and directional sign • Schedule professional photos • Complete office compliance for listing documents • Create a listing in MLS including a minimum of 32 pictures, any links to virtual tour(s), and any links to proprietary websites as needed • Input showing information for service • Create or arrange for flyers and marketing materials • Schedule open house(s) and marketing materials for the open house • Prepare a feature sheet with graphics • Maintain communication with the title company and provide information as needed • Oversee the entire sales process for our listing from listing contract to closing day along with our listing specialist and closing coordinator. Qualifications: Licensed in real estate or is pursuing a license Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus Compensation: $30,000 - $34,000 + bonus
