THE HARRIS CENTER FOR MENTAL HEALTH AND IDD (“The HARRIS CENTER”) is looking for a Release of Information Coordinator to join our team.Under the General direction of the Director of Medical Records this position is responsible for Release of Information (ROI) in Central Medical Records (CMR). Performs related records functions including retrieving consumer charts, copying, tracking, data entry and filing. Provide release of information training to service units. Assists with the development and review of Agency Records Administration Policy and Procedures. Responsible for delivery of records to court in response to a court subpoena or court order.

As the largest behavioral and developmental disability care center in Texas, The HARRIS CENTER provided care to over 79,000 people in fiscal year 2019 and has an annual budget of over $275 million.
