The role:

They are seeking a Associate or Vice President to execute Fin Tech M&A in their San Francisco Office. Fin Tech is not required. Excellent M&A skills and experience executing M&A through an entire process is required.

The candidate must be able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and act as primary contact for the firm throughout the M&A transaction process. The candidate will play a key role in the development of junior bankers, deal execution processes, new client identification and influence strategic direction of complex financial transactions. • Detailed financial analysis (valuation and M&A modeling) • Execution of client assignments: identifying buyers, due diligence, preparing management presentations • Play a role in and often deliver client pitches. • Provide leadership and mentorship to foster the professional development of junior bankers.The successful applicant relevant undergraduate or MBA degree with at least 3 years of direct M&A Investment Banking experience.We offer Competitive base salary plus year-end bonus package Opportunity to join an expanding investment bank in a role with high levels of visibility and runway to take your career to the next level.
