Our client is global media company. They are publicly held entertainment, communication and technology company with a worldwide network of distribution. The company is looking for a Manager of Corporate Finance to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of investment banking experience in the Technology, Media or Telecom space. The candidate should be familiar with executing M&A and Capital Markets transactions. As a Manager in the Corporate Finance team you will be responsible for helping evaluate and target acquisitions as well as managing various capital market activities.
