Premiere client is a leading middle market Investment Bank with 1500 employees. They are looking for a Senior Vice President or Director who is starting to originate in the Fin Tech, Internet, Software or Tech Services space. The firm is a leading investment bank with operations nationwide and is accepting applicants for a full-time personto work on a team focused on the technology industry. The candidate is expected to work on strategic assignments assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements and other advisory services. Qualifications:

Individual filling this position should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred but not required
• 5-7 years’ minimum experience working in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or equivalent required
• High degree of comfort interacting with senior executives
• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office skills a plus, specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
• Good judgment and ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential information
• Capability to excel in both team and self-directed settings
• High motivation, with a strong desire to excel in a challenging field
• Must be client centric and beginning to generate their own fees
• Possession of Series 79 (Series 7 may be applicable) and 63 licenses preferred but not required; new hires without these licenses will require successful completion upon hiring

Duties:

• Perform day-to-day functions for advancing a transaction
• Develop business valuation and financial models
• Create transaction and client marketing materials
• Support senior bankers in business development and the sourcing and execution of transactions
• Attend tradeshows and industry events as needed
• Interact with clients and potential clients on transactional and technical issues
• Manage internal deal teams as it pertains to work flow and work product
• Work with the investment banking analysts, including training and oversight of the work product
• Some travel will be required
