They will hire a VP to Director to report to the Head of Tech M&A who is also the Co-Head of M&A. The firm is currently engaged on 15 M&A mandates. The role offers a clear path to Director and Managing Director. The VP will be a safe pair of hands and have a minimum of five years executing buy and sell side M&A. The person can sit in San Francisco or New York City.
