Job Description: Be part of a fast-growing company of financial services professionals that is actively responding to fundamental changes on Wall Street on behalf of our clients. The Company provides advisory, communications, and investor access services to a global client base of public and private companies. This is an entry level analyst position supporting the firm’s investor relations and business development teams to facilitate ongoing activities on behalf of our clients and internally. We are looking for marketing, communications, and/or sales-oriented candidates with an interest in capital markets to join our team in the coming weeks. No H1Bs or Stem-OPT Visas. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the development and production of deliverables for current and prospective clients;

• Maintaining internal databases on a timely basis;

• Compiling information from third party sources to assist in the production of various internal and external reports;

• Maintaining responsibility for internal processes and functions that support ongoing efforts of senior staff;

• Monitoring and keeping team apprised of relevant developments relating to current and prospective clients;

• Coordinating logistics for client marketing events and upcoming business development trips;

• Learning the investment tendencies and criteria of institutional investors through third party research and direct outreach; and

• Conducting market research to identify market trends and analyzing their impacts on our clients. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or completion of Bachelor’s in Spring 2021)

• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to multitask

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Team-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
