Associates and analysts are responsible for deal execution, deal sourcing, outbound prospecting efforts, and maintaining relationships with prospective clients. Outbound efforts include calling prospective clients, attending trade shows, and networking with private equity and venture capital firms. Associates and analysts also work on all aspects of the execution of transactions including financial modeling, industry and company due diligence, document creation, and managing the entire transaction process.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university with high academic achievement 

• Associate candidates must have one to two years of relevant work experience

• In-depth understanding of finance

• Strong sales and communication skills

• Ability to handle high-level discussions with senior corporate executives

• Extroverted personality and self-starter

• Strong interest in technology

• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
