Our client is a U.S. based top middle market bank. They are an independent financial services firm active in investment Banking, Public Finance, Research and Fixed Income Sales and Trading. They are looking for a Vice President to execute M&A and Capital Markets transactions in their San Francisco office. The Vice President will work on software, SaaS, and communication transactions. There is currently no other Vice President or Director. This role has a lot of runway and will work directly with the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be a Senior Associate or junior VP with tech investment banking experience and based in San Francisco with a lot of sell side M&A experience
