    The Hatchett Law Firm, PLLC, is seeking a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join our team as an Intake Specialist to achieve our firm's mission and clients’ goals. We need someone who is an effective communicator, incredibly organized, and self-motivated. Our ideal applicant will have extensive customer service or sales experience, desire to earn a phenomenal salary, and crave helping people find the right lawyer for their needs. Daily, our intake specialist receives and qualifies new and prospective clients for the firm. They are responsible for managing the processes of onboarding new clients and evaluating incoming streams of contact from potential clients and referral partners both on the phone and in person. Reporting to the CEO, the Intake Specialist works with case managers, and lawyers to schedule meetings, coordinate screening surveys and collect paperwork, and will coordinate with our marketing team to provide support on outbound lead generation initiatives. The position may be performed remotely in the state of Texas, although the preference for the role is for in-person collaboration. The leads are abundant and the opportunity is rare. Compensation This position is paid a base salary of $30,000 plus performance bonuses from meeting goals - new referral partners, reviews, follow-up appointments, etc. A hardworking candidate can expect to make $60,000 for meeting these metrics or more for exceeding them. Responsibilities: • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload • Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred • Possesses outstanding communication skills and a sense of empathy • CRM and case management software experience a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel • Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills • Previous legal experience is a plus • Must be empathetic, mature, and possess an uplifting outlook as the firm deals with serious issues (death, mental illness, incapacity, family conflict) • Must take direction without hesitation and arrive daily prepared to give our team and our clients 110%. They must have the heart to serve others • Must be seeking to perform at an exceptional level to earn bonus income Compensation: $60,000+ (base + performance bonus)
