    Position Summary

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate to join the Honolulu office team as our Compliance Coordinator. The Compliance Coordinator is primarily responsible for tracking, collecting, and updating supportive Quality Assurance credentials to maintain auditing standards. This position assists in the management of the employee files as well as other important corporate documents. Additionally, this position supports the team with all employee file related tasks that can include but is not limited to timesheets and weekly payroll, new hire on-boarding, inventory maintenance, etc. The ideal candidate is self-driven with strong time management skills and can work with minimal supervision.

    Responsibilities

    Contacts nursing staff to regularly collect and update attributes and credentials

    Updates employee files and EMR system

    Tracks and maintains corporate documents used for contracts and general operations (i.e. licenses)

    Responsible for adding new hires and removing inactive employees information to EMR system and digital files

    Sends, collects, and tracks quarterly satisfaction surveys

    Assists team with organizing and pulling records for scheduled and unscheduled audits

    Assists Benefits and Payroll Manager with weekly field staff payroll

    Assists with in-office trainings, recruiting events, and conferences

    Assists with organizing staff outings

    Assists with organizing and communicating staff volunteer events

    Order nursing supplies and manage inventory

    Track and send field staff anniversaries/birthdays monthly

    Assists with Paperless Transition and Field Trainings and Communications

    Other duties as assigned by leadership
