As an industry leader in health insurance solutions, we're looking for an individual who can bring in accounts, close deals, and drive production while enjoying the flexibility of a remote position. As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to recruit and bring in accounts, earning overrides based on the overall production generated. You will utilize your existing book of business or hierarchy with agents under you to expand our client base. Your deep understanding of the insurance industry will be crucial in effectively communicating our services and building strong client relationships. This role involves extensive travel and interaction with high-level clients, making it ideal for a motivated individual with exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities: • Manage client communications and inquiries effectively • Nurture and maintain essential client relationships • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of policy details in our secure system • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and objectives • Provide exceptional client service to facilitate ongoing sales and renewals • Participate in industry-specific training to enhance knowledge and skills • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better serve clients • Actively contribute to the growth and success of the agency • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment and prioritize tasks accordingly • Demonstrate a strong dedication to excellence in all aspects of the role Qualifications: • Must have very strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills • Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is highly preferred but candidates with the appropriate skills should still apply, training is provided • Candidates should have an Associates or Bachelor’s degree, but all candidates with insurance industry experience will be considered • Jobseekers need to have basic computer skills and have the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Applicants must have an active insurance license in their state or be willing to get licensed in 90 days Compensation: $95,000+
