How will we work together?
The Learning & Development Intern can expect to work a hybrid schedule. Based on specific project needs, there are times when you will collaborate on-site at The Henry Ford's campus in Dearborn, MI.
This internship opportunity will be led by the Training & Communication Specialist at The Henry Ford and supported by our Talent & Culture department.
As our Learning & Development Intern, you will have an opportunity to work with multiple departments and cross-functional teams at The Henry Ford. Working directly with our Learning & Development Team, you will contribute to the success of ongoing and forthcoming projects, organize and optimize our current systems, and receive guidance and training that meets you where you are.
Primary responsibilities and projected projects include assisting in the design and implementation of a “Train the Trainer” instructor-led training program, Learning Management System (LMS) administration, creation of instructional materials to help support departmental and institutional learning initiatives, and the exploration of professional development and leadership foundations, as we rollout institutional leadership initiatives.
We hope you will join us.
What requirements should you have?
