    The Diversity and Inclusion Internship Program at The Henry Ford is a cohort-based program that offers professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities. We invite diverse candidates* who are curious about careers in the museum world to become a part of our legacy and take it forward. FOR WINTER 2023, INTERNSHIPS WILL LAST 15 WEEKS, PROJECTED TO BEGIN ON JANUARY 23 AND CONCLUDE ON MAY 5. ALL INTERNSHIPS ARE PAID OPPORTUNITIES.

    HOW WILL WE WORK TOGETHER?  

    The CULINARY ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN can anticipate working fully on-site, which requires the ability to commute to The Henry Ford campus in Dearborn, MI. 

    Working alongside the team that leads Food Services for The Henry Ford, the Culinary Administrative Intern will support business operations of the restaurants and eateries throughout the Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation and Greenfield Village.

    Your primary responsibilities will include:  

    • Assisting in organizing and planning 2023 season in restaurants 
    • Assisting in organizing safety and sanitation certification procedures 
    • Coordinating proper ordering and product management 
    • Managing ongoing recipe data 
    • Additional restaurant duties based on your professional background and experience
