HOW WILL WE WORK TOGETHER?
The HUMAN RESOURCES RECRUITING INTERN can expect our work together to be hybrid, with a balance of both in-person and remote work. Based on specific events and project needs, there are times when you and the team will work on-site at The Henry Ford's campus in Dearborn, MI as well as off-site at recruiting-related engagements in the Metro Detroit area.
Our Talent & Culture department supports employees through all phases of their journey at The Henry Ford, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, professional development, and traditional human resources services. As our Human Resources Recruiting Intern, you will work alongside our Diversity, Inclusion, and Recruitment Manager and our Recruitment Specialist. You will learn the ins and outs of our applicant tracking system, effective approaches to communicating with candidates, as well as how to collaborate and support our hiring teams cross-departmentally. This is also a great learning opportunity for a budding HR professional interested in learning about equitable hiring best practices and real-world applications, challenges, and successes.
