Responsibilities: • Take charge of your assigned territory, devising strategic sales plans to conquer new markets • Fuel sales growth by identifying prospects, securing new clients, and nurturing existing relationships • Lead the recruitment process to assemble a high-caliber sales squad • Provide comprehensive training and mentorship to elevate the sales prowess and product knowledge of your team • Establish sales benchmarks, closely monitor performance, and offer continuous guidance for improvement • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and customer delight Qualifications: • Proven track record in sales and leadership roles, preferably within the financial sector • A history of surpassing sales targets and driving robust business expansion • Stellar communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • This position is 100% commission only • A talent for motivating and galvanizing teams to achieve extraordinary results • Previous success in recruiting, nurturing, and empowering sales professionals • Self-motivated with an unyielding commitment to personal and team triumphs Compensation: $125,000+
