Responsibilities: • Lead the sales efforts by effectively selling life insurance policies to clients, understanding their individual needs, and offering tailored solutions • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have • Deliver superior customer service throughout the insurance purchasing journey, offering guidance and support to clients every step of the way • Uphold our core values of transparency, integrity, diversity, and perseverance in all client interactions Qualifications: • Must obtain an insurance license (training assistance provided) • Self-motivated with a strong focus on client satisfaction • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work autonomously and manage workload efficiently • Dedication to upholding the highest ethical standards in client interactions • This position is commission-only Compensation: $120,000+ yearly
