    We are looking for a Territory Sales Executive to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company. To become a successful regional sales manager, you should be motivated and driven towards meeting sales goals. A high-performing Territory Sales Executive should possess the ability to suggest innovative ways to reach sales targets. Responsibilities: • Take ownership of designated territory and develop a strategic sales plan • Drive sales growth by prospecting, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing relationships • Lead the hiring process to build a talented and motivated sales team • Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales and team leadership, preferably in the financial industry • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results • This position is commission only • Demonstrated experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales professionals • Self-motivated with a passion for personal and team success Compensation: $125,000+
