    What you do: Retail Leads support the Management team by ensuring operational excellence during your scheduled shift. You help to oversee team training and daily operations including orders and inventory management. Our cross-trained team performs all floor positions including:

    prep

    line work

    customer engagement

    upkeep of store facilities

    Shift Lead Key Responsibilities:

    Model a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment free of harassment, discrimination, and workplace hostility

    Model exceptional guest service to all customers and inspire and coach the team to do the same

    Master skills of all floor positions and support partners in executing all tasks from beginning to end

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 1-year experience in hospitality and/or food service industry

    Exceptional guest service focus and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    Ability to build relationships and work successfully as part of a team and lead peers through a task list

    MAST 12 Certification

    Physical Requirements: We work with a conveyer belt oven to produce warm sandwiches and grain bowls. This job requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling and lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Benefits Package:
