Now Hiring:FT Inventory Picker/Packer; 1pm start to approximately 9pm, Saturday - Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

Act with integrity, transparency, and knowledge to promote the Homegrown Artisan Premades mission, vision and values

Review and sort pick tickets

Examine and visually inspect items before packing

Pick/Pack items for each order thoroughly

Complete daily shift reports

Ensure high cleanliness standards are met and maintained in the work area including supplies and materials

Ensure food safety guidelines are met and maintained, including food temperature

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with peers and leaders

Receive regular feedback and improve performance in accordance with company standards

Follow operational policies and procedures, and adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products

Qualifications:

Ability to work successfully as part of a team

Ability to take direction, learn quickly and prioritize a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment

Ability to maintain a regular and punctual attendance during scheduled shifts

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly with focus on accuracy

Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) with up to date driver's license

Understand and apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) - Will train
