You're an expert at all floor positions and demonstrate exceptional service with speed, accuracy, and proficiency. You're the Store Manager's right-hand, and help to oversee team training and daily operations including, orders, and inventory management. COVID-19 Safety Measures in Place:

We take our employee's safety seriously and have had masks mandatory since early Spring, 2020. We conduct symptom screening at the start of every shift prior to stepping into our location, provide washable/reusable masks for employees, conduct more frequent sanitation steps of high touch/frequently used surfaces, and enforce mask usage of all guests, vendors, and visitors of our spaces. Additionally, we are not providing in-store dining at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead with integrity, transparency, and knowledge to promote the Homegrown mission, vision and values

Model exceptional guest service to all customers and inspire and coach team to do the same

Master skills of all floor positions and support partners in executing all tasks from beginning to end

Deploy partners in key positions for success during peak periods

Support training and coaching of all partners

Understand basics of a profit & loss statement, help drive sales and maintain all metrics

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-year experience in hospitality and/or food service industry; Cash handling experience preferred

Motivated to be a leader and inspire your team to work together to achieve excellence

Ability to develop productive relationships and work successfully as the leader of a team

Exceptional guest service focus and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
