Now Hiring:FT Inventory Coordinatoor (Picker/Packer) for swing shifts between 12-8pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Act with integrity, transparency, and knowledge to promote the Homegrown Artisan Premades mission, vision and values

Review and sort IMS Tickets (pick tickets)

Count, move and sort products, materials and orders with focus on accuracy and speed

Pick and pack items according to each order, and visually inspect items for accuracy before packing

Label completed orders and initial to verify completion

Document detailed shift report daily

Maintain cleanliness of work area, including bins, materials and supplies

Work closely with team; understand expectations of each position and how they work together to achieve accuracy and speed of production

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with peers and leaders

Receive regular feedback and improve performance in accordance with company standards

Follow operational policies and procedures, and adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products

Qualifications:

Experience working with inventory, picking and packing products preferred

Ability to work successfully as part of a team

Ability to take direction, learn quickly and prioritize a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment

Ability to maintain a regular and punctual attendance during scheduled shifts

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly with focus on accuracy
