    Are you a world-class realtor doing 36+ deals per year or looking to become one? If so, please read further... We are continuing to grow our Real Estate Team in the San Diego Marketplace and will be bringing on extraordinary realtors who are looking to sell at a high level. This position entails making rapid decisions, often based on very little information. There is a good degree of difference from one day to the next, with shifting priorities and new problems to solve daily. In dealing with other people, poise, confidence, and influence are required. There is much freedom in this position, which requires independence and self-reliance in setting priorities and determining objectives. NOTEWORTHY BEHAVIORS • Comfortable with risk, independent, Individualistic, self-confident, firm, proactive, takes initiative, competitive, driven to get things done, positive response to pressure Responsibilities: • Negotiate purchase contracts with homeowners and real estate agents • Present, and sell investment opportunities to real estate investors • Outbound prospecting opportunities available • Respond and convert inbound leads to appointments and eventual contracts • Manage a database of prospects and clients • Collaborate daily with a fast-paced team • Bring new ideas to the organization when opportunities for improvement present themselves • Other general realtor duties as assigned Qualifications: • We are looking primarily for individuals with active real estate licenses that are in good standing with the Department of Real Estate, however, if you do not have a license yet, please feel free to apply • Must be willing to work close to full-time • Background and track record of success in selling is preferred • Clean background check required • Drivers license required • College experience preferred, but not required • Must be extremely proficient in selling over the phone and in-person Compensation: $100,000
