Office Administrator and Sales Representative
Answer phones and direct calls
Create weekly work order in Fish 3 and Assign work to cleaners and Check in cleaners
Enter checks and calculate bank deposits
Handle collection for accounts
Process credit cards
Work with national maintenance companies
Train cleaners on how to process invoices and work orders
Filing, copying and faxing as needed.
Write estimates as requested.
Add new customers in computer system.
Follow up with potential customers.
Schedule the service
Maintain the stock of clean towels
Manage the equipment inventory
Maintain the office Cleanliness and organization
Communicate and work with the owner to run the business smoothly.
Part Time position may turned into a full position later.
