Responsibilities: • PREPARE BY CREATING DOCUMENTS SUCH AS REPRESENTATION CONTRACTS, MARKETING ANALYSES, LISTING PRESENTATIONS, AND PURCHASE AGREEMENTS. • DEVELOP and grow your pipeline through prospecting and following up on company-provided leads. • NURTURE relationships with new and current clients to generate business. • BUILD relationships with buyers through conducting showings. • MARKET LISTINGS AND THE BROKERAGE THROUGH OPEN HOUSES AND NETWORKING ACTIVITIES. • ADVISE clients from start to finish through the buying and selling process. • NEGOTIATE contracts on the client’s behalf. • EXECUTE transactions with pride and precision, ensuring a smooth process for the client. • OVERSEE purchase agreements, representation agreements, disclosures, addendum, and any other pertinent paperwork that is prepared by the Transaction Assistant. Qualifications: • At least 2 years of active experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent • Proven track record of successfully executing transactions and College Degree preferred Compensation: $150,000+ (Commission Only)

    • Prepare by creating documents such as representation contracts, marketing analyses, listing presentations, and purchase agreements. • Develop and grow your pipeline through prospecting and following up on company-provided leads. • Nurture relationships with new and current clients to generate business. • Build relationships with buyers through conducting showings. • Market listings and the brokerage through open houses and networking activities. • Advise clients from start to finish through the buying and selling process. • Negotiate contracts on the client’s behalf. • Execute transactions with pride and precision, ensuring a smooth process for the client. • Oversee purchase agreements, representation agreements, disclosures, addendum, and any other pertinent paperwork that is prepared by the Transaction Assistant.
