With us, you have the opportunity to work directly with the broker, capturing all of the benefits of working on a traditional team AND position yourself to become a completely independent producer. • Maximize your production capacity with these resources at your disposal: Lead Generation, CRM, a licensed transaction assistant, branded marketing, and the complete broker support package. • Earn more per transaction by working directly under the Broker instead of a traditional team, and capitalize on an industry-leading revenue sharing model.  • Build your own clientele within the team  Responsibilities: • DEVELOP and grow the team’s pipeline through prospecting, business development, and converting company-provided leads into closings. • NURTURE relationships with new and current clients to generate business. • MARKET listings and generate business by conducting open houses. • MANAGE showings for clients who are under representation. • ADVISE Clients from start to finish through the buying and selling process. • NEGOTIATE contracts on the Client’s behalf.  • OVERSEE paperwork and transactions to ensure that all details are executed with precision and in compliance with all rules and regulations.     Qualifications: • At least 2 years of active experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent. • Proven track record of successfully executing transactions. • College degree preferred. Compensation: $100,000+ Commission Only

    • Develop and grow the team’s pipeline through prospecting, business development, and converting company-provided leads into closings. • Nurture relationships with new and current clients to generate business. • Market listings and generate business by conducting open houses. • Manage showings for clients who are under representation. • Advise Clients from start to finish through the buying and selling process. • Negotiate contracts on the Client’s behalf.  • Oversee paperwork and transactions to ensure that all details are executed with precision and in compliance with all rules and regulations.
