Why waste your talents at a traditional real estate brokerage when you can join an innovative company that is going to change the way the industry does business? You see all of your peers experiencing fatigue, losing work-life balance, stressing the coming market downturn, and have no long-term solution to compete with Robo Advisor. Robo Advisor is transforming the industry and is prepared to make you a memory of the past. Your peers' only solution is to work for free on hairline margins by discounting their price and value. You are smart enough to know that their low value, low price, high volume, and un-diversified business model will not stand the test of time. You have been searching for an innovative solution that will serve as a platform to launch your business into the future, and that solution is finally here! At The Horswell Group, we're creating an entirely new lane of our own. When you partner with us, you will immediately inherit the innovative value proposition and business model you need to provide timeless value to your clients and compete with Robo Advisor, without discounting your price and value. We aren't just a real estate brokerage, we are a financial planning firm that is looking for select leaders to establish, grow, oversee, and lead a market of Real Estate Advisors to a standard of excellence.
