We are looking for a hands on Digital Marketing Director for a national, growing restaurant group. The tech savvy and analytical candidate would have the ability to work onsite as well as remotely, while being part of the growth.

Specific required experience:

• Solid and demonstrated experience with online marketing programs, digital analytics, and a variety of social platforms and web-based technologies.
• Demonstrated examples of hands on development, implementation and management of successful digital marketing program design and execution.
• The candidate must be grounded in strategy and have had early experience / background with UX design
• Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
• Foundational understanding of Web Development, web page editing web analytics and web management.
• Experience with SalesForce
• Sound technical experience with email distribution programs (i.e. Fishbowl, Marketo, Mail Chimp, etc).
• Capabilities with trouble shooting, optimization, segmentation etc.
• Mastery of Google Analytics and other measurement tools
• Experience with content distribution services (SAS), would be a plus
• Experience with middleware companies like OLO, on line restaurant reservation systems, POS integration would be a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Candidate will have likely had 7+ years of direct experience in the non traditional / digital space.
• Proven work / experience as a key member of a digital practice team within a digitally driven leadership function.
• Previous experience with restaurant, retail or entertainment venue brands would be a plus
