We're searching for an Executive Chef to run a full-service, polished-casual restaurant with a modern small-plates, American comfort food menu centered on the restaurant’s showpiece open-flame spitfire grill, plus a full-service creative take on classic cocktails.
We are food-first, chef-featured, and focused on delivering seasonally influenced and innovative dishes in a fast-paced environment while never sacrificing quality. We pride ourselves on collaborating with local farms and producers whenever possible. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as on-boarding and hiring new team members. Local candidates will be considered first.
