  • Responsibilities

    We are looking to hire a talented person who is precise, detail oriented, and highly organized. This person is supportive, a problem solver, and enjoys working as part of a team. Must be a self-starter, learning based, forward thinking, and have the desire to grow. In addition to being task oriented, this person will also be great with people and skilled in customer service. Computer skills are a must.  The ideal qualities of this person (in no particular order) are:

    • Willing to make calls, set appointments, confirm appointments
    • Assume responsibilities for meeting deadlines

    • Proficient using technology Qualified Candidates Will Have:
    • Either Real Estate, Property Management, Mortgage, or Paralegal / Legal experience
    • 3-5 years of Administrative Experience
    • Experience working with Google Apps: Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail
