Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Phone prospecting
• Utilizing computer technology and managing your client database
• Scheduling appointments with prospective buyers and sellers
• Showing homes to clients
• Negotiate and resolve issues that are in the best interest of your client
• Gathering data to provide clients on what their home is worth
• Attend home inspections and closings
