To enable us to do this we have offices across the UK, Europe, America and Australia filled with passionate beauty fanatics who are committed to delivering rapid growth in this exciting industry. We work with over 800 of the worlds greatest beauty brands such as MAC, Kerastase, GHD, Tom Ford and YSL to bring our customers the widest offering of beauty products from around the globe. RESPONSIBILITIES:

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT:

• Conducting site audits and regular health checks. Identifying issues and implementing technical changes
• Create technical briefs of recommended website changes to provide to tech teams and justify workload
• Assist SEO Director in improving performance across all Beauty domains
• Perform keyword research and find opportunities to improve keyword targeting
• Perform general maintenance of websites, including implementation of redirects, identifying and removing broken links, fix content errors and monitor indexation issues.
• Assist in building automation techniques to improve the efficiency of SEO tasks across all domains
• Assist in creation of website audits to identify website issues and identify opportunities to improve performance
• Assist with reporting and analysis to show impact of work
• Stay up to date with latest industry developments and techniques to constantly develop skills

CROSS TEAM COLLABORATION:

• Assisting the rest of the SEO team on work outside of day-to-day when required.
• Communicate with content teams to schedule new or updated copy. Assist with blog strategy and provide guidance for internal linking
• Work with trading teams to keep categories up to date, create new pages and help launch new brands
• Stay in touch with other SEO teams across The Hut Group to share ideas and develop strategies

REQUIREMENTS

• Good understanding of HTML and CSS
• Prioritize, structure work & effectively manage time
• Excellent communicator able to give clarity and set direction
• Commercial awareness of the beauty industry
• Ability to form good working relationships with internal teams and external clients
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
