The Hutcheson Group is seeking an insurance agent to join our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Resolve customer inquiries
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Conduct meetings with clients in person to set them up with products. Meetings may be held via video conference during the COVID-19 pandemic.

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Home computer as well as smartphone and/or tablet device
• Must either possess a Life & Health license or be willing to enroll in our online licensing course affiliate program. Program will be available at a discounted rate and takes approximately 2 weeks or less to complete!

This is a 1099 and commission only position. You can create your own schedule based on your needs! Part time and full time available. All representatives start at a 55% commission level earning approximately $500-$1,000/wk. There is plenty of opportunity for growth and commission level promotion every two months by hitting production goals.
