THE HYPE LAB is a Multi-Brand Creative Studio focused on software, hardware, live experiences, and content that blend tech and art. Our live experience and photo booth brand, BIG BAD BOOTH, works with some of the top brands and agencies at events nationwide. We've worked with brands like Google, Bacardi, Carnival Cruise Lines, and Victoria's Secret. Using our photo booths and video booths, we create branded images that turn event guests into social brand ambassadors. Now with an expansion into private events and weddings, Big Bad Booth is poised to become Atlanta's premier choice for photo booths and video booths at events.

The Graphic Designer position

We need a graphic designer that can create assets for our brand and individual client events. For our brand clients, you'll turn around client-driven assets on a tight timeline, while maintaining a top-notch creative aesthetic. Just as importantly, for our individual clients, you'll pre-design assets that will provide a high-quality graphic element for their event photos/videos. Finally, a major portion of your effort will involve applying your talent toward pushing our internal marketing and design initiatives forward.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a design-related field OR at least 4 years equivalent full-time experience.
• An amazing graphic design portfolio.
• Amazing communications skills
• Solid Graphic Design Experience- You have the talent, taste, and knowledge to make stuff look great.
• Digital Design Expert - You live and breathe Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to work with client brand guidelines
• Self-motivated creative thinker- You should be able to develop create and interesting designs - even with little direction or hand-holding.
• Team player with a great personality.

Pay and Hours

$30,000 - $40,000 per year 

Salary dependent on experience

COVID-19 Handling

This is an in-person position. In order to ensure an open and collaborative workplace we are currently only considering candidates who are willing to provide proof of vaccination. Because our entire staff is vaccinated we are not requiring mask-wearing in-office. You are, however, free to wear a mask if you choose to.
