The IMA Group is seeking a Full-Time RECRUITER with healthcare recruitment experience to join our amazing recruitment team based in TARRYTOWN, NY with the option of working remotely. Social media recruitment experience is a plus! Must be a team player who is excellent sourcing passive and active candidates.

The IMA Group is a national leader with a unique reputation for providing a full range of Consultative Medical Evaluations as well as Corporate Health and Occupational Medical Services for numerous government and private agencies.

Specific duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to full cycle recruitment of Physicians, Psychologists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Audiologists, and other state licensed medical professionals to work in our network of over 80 medical offices throughout the country.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Building database of providers; searching databases on job boards
• Develop creative strategies to generate candidate leads and maintain a robust pipeline of providers
• Outreach: direct contact, letters and e-mails solicitations, mail merge, cold calls
• Sourcing: databases and social network platforms for passive & active recruitment
• Preparing and updating ad text and posting for open positions
• Identifying advertising platforms by profession, specialty, and region
• Responding to candidates' communications
• Candidate screening: vetting whether candidates are qualified, interested, and available
• Describing IMA’s requirements and recruitment process
• Follow up with interested candidates, serving as primary point of contact throughout the on-boarding process
• Interface with Human Resources, Credentialing and Scheduling departments to onboard new provider

Ideal candidate: Bachelor’s degree, and at least one year healthcare recruitment experience
