    IRBY’s Realty Group is seeking a driven and experienced Listing Agent. This is the perfect position for a skilled salesperson who wants to hone their sales skills, focus on listings, maximize profit, and serve their clients under the umbrella of a proven brand. As an IRBY Listing Agent, you will receive lists of motivated sellers that have been prescreened. You'll network and coordinate with sellers, Buyers’ agents, and build a referral base through increasing your sphere of influence. An IRBY Listing Agent is able to differentiate themselves in the competitive marketplace by offering excellent customer service, quick action, and insightful industry knowledge.  Responsibilities: Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Schedule and conduct impactful listing presentations with potential sellers • Follow the marketing strategy to increase client base and attain quick sales on all listings • Coordinate steps in the home selling process Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential At least one year of work experience in real estate sales Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Extraordinary ability to connect with people and bring their dream to reality • MLS and Association membership in area of responsibility • Self-motivated and able to excel without constant supervision • Ability to be resourceful and creatively drive solutions Compensation: $50,000 minimum with no cap
