This person will work with Real Estate professionals and landlords to contract with IRBY Property Management. Responsibilities: Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base • Respond to leads quickly and effectively through various communication channels • Network with and educate influencers about our property management services • Qualify and convert prospects into clients • Manage a robust pipeline within our CRM with current notes and statuses • Learn our unique policies and procedures and relevant real estate and FHA laws • Complete the necessary forms and paperwork to onboard new properties Qualifications: Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus Driven to succeed in sales and in life A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • Property Management or Real Estate experience • Business and negotiation acumen Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
