    Outbound Callers Wanted If you have a 'hunter’ mentality and enjoy the challenge of outbound calling, lead generation and prospecting, this may be the opportunity that you have been seeking... Experienced Appointment Setters from the Remodeling, Alarm, Automobile,Technology Services,Debt Collection, Vacation Ownership and any other industries that involve Cold Calling, have tremendous success and exceed previous income opportunities. Average people make about $35,000 a year with us and Super Stars make $60,000+ a year. The best candidates for this position have previous experience with high volume outbound calling, customer service & appointment setting. We are only looking for candidates experienced in Appointment Setting, Inside Sales and/or Sales Development roles. ISA/SDR's will be contacting potential real estate leads via phone to determine whether they should be entered into the sales funnel for follow up by our Sales Teams. This position will be an integral part of our sales team. The ability to positively impact the lives of the people we serve and collaborate in a group setting with desire to add value not only to clients, but fellow team members are core values we are looking for in an individual looking to be a part of our team. Opportunities for Advancement are available as we grow. This is a virtual, work from home job, but preference given to individuals local to South Alabama with in-office availability. This position is flexible hour part time or full time. Base hourly rate plus performance bonuses. Responsibilities: • Make 300+ outbound calls per day, thur our calling system, to property owners who may want to sell their property • Set appointments for sales agents with interested parties • Document all customer communication through company CRM • Script and Rebuttal Memorization & Training • Maintain a consistent, great attitude and always be building rapport with prospects Qualifications: • 1-2+ years of sales or telemarketing/inside sales experience • Competitive attitude, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-driven environment • Strong phone and communication skills • Proven track record of achieving goals • Willing to follow a defined sales process Compensation: $35,000 - $75,000
