    The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s pricing strategies, sales and marketing of our listed properties, and overall management of the resale process. This will require learning, understanding, and implementation of the company philosophy regarding the analysis and negotiation of each opportunity to maximize the profits on each sale. Our company owns and renovates properties all over the southeast. This position requires attention to detail, a high aptitude for sales and negotiation, organization, and excellent communication skills. The position of Investor Relations Manager involves marketing the value in IRBY's services to Real Estate Investors on a daily basis. Through constant communication, swift negotiations, and relentless drive, the Investor Relations Manager is responsible for the sale of our properties. You must have a desire for networking and a flexible schedule that will allow you to attend seminars, investor events, chamber of commerce events, and other networking functions. $5,000/month draw | $400/month expense stipend | Company Laptop & Phone | Insurance: Health, Dental, Vision Responsibilities: Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Market properties according to established procedures and help develop new marketing channels • Relentless improvement of process and procedures • Develop and grow our existing buyers list through networking and leveraging sphere of influence • Attend multiple recurring networking functions, participate and meet potential buyers and investors • Constant monitoring of available properties and ensure excellent closing rate • Work with team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitability • Develop strong business relationships with investor buyers for maximum results and revenue • Provide company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis • Help to develop and implement improvements strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue • Maintain timely entries in company CRM • Help prepare properties for resale • Advertise properties on social media and in physical locations such as signage • Assist company with other related projects as needed Qualifications: Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Results-oriented • Money motivated • Smart and well-presented with a professional demeanor • Natural sales and networking ability • Hard-working, self-motivated and highly organized • Focused and competitive • Excellent work ethic – punctual and reliable Compensation: $3,500 per month draw
