Responsibilities: Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Schedule and conduct impactful listing presentations with potential sellers • Follow the marketing strategy to increase client base and attain quick sales on all listings • Coordinate steps in the home selling process • Deliver a world-class experience to clients from the first interaction through all follow-ups Qualifications: Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research Has a real estate license • Extraordinary ability to connect with people and bring their dream to reality • MLS and Association membership in the area of responsibility • Self-motivated and able to excel without constant supervision • Ability to be resourceful and creatively drive solutions • Strong sales ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $50,000+
