Emerald Communities DBA Independence House is seeking a Marketing Director. This individual is responsible for generating referrals and marketing to help maintain a full census in our Independence Houses. Key Responsibilities: *Increase census by conducting outreach to the local community *Meet census goals and are comfortable with sales techniques such as cold calling and contact planning. *Build, expand and maintain productive relationships with professional referral sources *Work as part of a team within our houses to clean/decorate and prepare for tours. *Develop brand recognition through networking and special events *Plan and conduct events to grow community awareness of service offerings Key Requirements: *At least two years of similar public relations,marketing or sales *Organized with the ability to multi-task and operate software independently *Action & results oriented *Experience with social media preferred *Experience in Healthcare related industry preferred Emerald Communities offers competitive pay and a benefit package including, health, dental, vision, and a simple IRA.
