Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team!  We are a growing marketing company seeking a qualified and experienced Recruiter to start immediately. You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting and retaining existing agents. We're looking for a hard working and dedicated individual who truly cares about the work they do with a high attention to detail. We provide a great work environment, lunch parties, paid holidays and advancement opportunity. This position has plenty of growth potential, starting after your 90-day probation period. Once your probation period is over, you can expect to go full time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen and recruit potential agents
• On-board and train new agents
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Accurately maintain agent files
• Making High Volume of outbound calls
• Make outbound calls to follow up on paperwork

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with all agents
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with making high volume outbound calls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Vast Experience in Data Entry.
• Works well under pressure with deadlines.
• High School Diploma.
• Quick Learner in a fast pace environment.
• Takes Constructive criticism well.

STARTING PART-TIME HOURS

Monday-Friday

Part Time Hours: (20 Hours/Week)

Monday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Tuesday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Friday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Full Time Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday- Friday)

**Starting pay is $13/hour plus bonuses after probation period based on productivity.
