    Dishwasher needed at The Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls for the shift of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. A $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days if you are in good standing! We are looking for a dishwasher for our bustling restaurant. Very flexible schedules are available. The ideal candidate would stay busy, help in all areas of the restaurant with dishes, polishing silverware, polishing glassware, and occasionally bussing tables in the restaurant. Duties also include taking out the trash and recycling and helping clean server stations. Work shirts provided. Fun atmosphere. Friendly staff. Meal discounts. Free beverages during shift. Responsibilities: • Pre-wash dishes, flatware, and drinkware; load the commercial dishwasher, empty the dishwasher, and put away dishes • Polish silverware and beverage glasses • Take bar glassware to the service bar • Take out trash • Breakdown cardboard • Buss tables of dirty items when necessary • Stock plates, pots, and pans in the cooking area, and complete side work • Stock kitchen dishes, sizzle plates, pots, pans, etc. • Sweep and mop dish area nightly • Shut down the dish machine each night Qualifications: • Ability to remain busy and work without supervision • Ability to work well in a team and take direction • Complete tasks quickly and thoroughly • Provide a professional appearance and manner when in the restaurant • Pass a criminal background check • Reliable transportation • Positive Compensation: $12 hourly
