Currently seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to work in our New Bern, NC office. The Insurance Center is a full-service, independent insurance agency offering personal lines, commercial lines, life and health insurance.
Requirements:
North Carolina Property and Casualty License or equivalent. (must be able to be attained within 90 days of hire)
Prior experience working within the Insurance Industry preferred.
Applied Epic knowledge preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to build client relationships.
Effective time management skills, willingness to learn, and be coachable.
Proficient computer skills including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities:
Assisting clients with a variety of insurance applications and policies.
Issuing policies/binders, processing policy change requests, and processing payments.
Assisting clients with quotes, renewals, and re-writes.
Prepare Proof of Insurance and issuing Certificates of Insurance.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and teammates.
Provide support to Commercial Lines Producers.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting at $18/hr.
