Our client, a technology solutions provider in Irvine is gearing up for tax season!! Accounting Data Verification Clerk's - WE NEED YOU!!!!! The Intersect Group is currently interviewing for a SEASONAL PROJECT STARTING THE WEEK OF JANUARY 16TH.

The accounting data verification clerks will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of tax returns for Big 4 CPA Firms as well as 50+ Top CPA Firms throughout the U.S.

Duties:

· Verifying detailed tax data from documents and returns

· Ensuring the accuracy of the tax software's functionality to successfully prepare tax documents

· Working with multiple clients in various industries to help to expedite the overall tax season process with a paperless workflow

Qualifications:

· 1+ year of accounting or clerical experience

· Accounting, Business or related degree helpful

· Solid Alpha-Numeric Data Entry Skills

· Intermediate computer proficiency in a Windows driven environment.

· Strong attention to detail

· Must pass criminal background check and drug screen

· Vaccination status: if vaccinated, no mask required OR if not vaccinated, masks required onsite.

Hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM OR 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Monday-Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

The project pays $20/HR.
