We’re searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Our ideal candidate is an excellent deal-maker who loves talking to people. Job Requirements • 100% honesty at all times • Demonstrate values of integrity and professionalism • Strong desire to convince people over the phone • Ability to handle rejection • Ability to work available shifts and meet minimum hour requirement • Must have prior telephone sales experience. Responsibilities: Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Make 50+ contacts per day • Some general administrative duties such as entering notes into the system, creating follow up calls, setting up action plans for the contact, etc. Qualifications: Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car Compensation: $50,000+ - yearly
