You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities: • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Ensure all paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Expand new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertising our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies Qualifications: • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience is a plus • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus Compensation: $125,000+ at plan
