Responsibilities: • Source and cultivate relationships with potential clients and referral sources • Drive lead-generation efforts to secure new business • Manage and review all client contracts with the team • Host open houses with the highest level of customer service • Participate in team and one-on-one coaching sessions • Utilize Team tools to set and achieve goals • Keep up to date on industry trends and market research • Conduct and follow-up on follow-ups to nurture relationships • Model and mentor team members in setting objectives and accomplishing goals Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate license in Texas • Must be a resident of Austin, TX, or the surrounding area • Must have reliable transportation and a driving license • Ability to work with Real Estate specific CRMs, platforms, and technologies • Ability to perform in-depth research and provide clear insights on the real estate market • Highly competitive and a great team player • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally • Has a positive outlook on growth • Has a strong sense of purpose and motivation • Self-reliant and highly goal-oriented • Track record of setting and achieving goals Compensation: $100,000+ annually
