Responsibilities: • Lead generate to build pipeline - this includes circle calling, door knocking, open houses and calling all listing prospects • Prepare a thorough comparative market analysis for prospective sellers • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Give potential home sellers necessary information about their local housing market • Represent 50-100 sellers in first year • Conduct client interviews to narrow down home criteria • Go on appointments with clients and show why working with us is valuable Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • 1-2 years real estate experience preferred • Provide own laptop/computer • Have own cell-phone Compensation: $90,000+ commission
